As a guest, you can use our website for FREE until you’ve found a match! then, you will have to pay a one-time service fee if you choose to stay with the host.
We offer a no-match-no-pay system, which means that our platform is free to use until you have found an ideal match. Instead of only offering housing opportunities we foster cultural exchange and personal connections.
This depends on the personal preferences of your host. They should be agreed upon before both parties sign the contract. Not to worry though, despite it being their house, this will be your space as much as it is theirs, so you can feel free to make yourself at home!
Yes, Of course! After moving in, we will help you with the steps to register at the municipality and get your BSN number.
We are very strict with the screening process for hosts. We go to their house in person to check the room and to make sure that everything is in order. This means that ALL our hosts are real and offer a comfortable room for you to rent.
